Terms of Service & Booking Policy

By booking an appointment with The Laser Loft, you agree to the following terms and policies. Appointments are booked prior to arrival.

Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask that any appointment changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests are made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments changed or cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment time may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will incur a $50 no-show fee.

These policies are in place to respect appointment availability and ensure adequate time can be offered to other clients.

Deposits & Future Bookings

The Laser Loft reserves the right to request a booking deposit for future appointments where applicable. Deposits may be non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time to your appointment. Late arrival may reduce available treatment time or require your appointment to be rescheduled. Location 240a Papamoa Beach Road, Tauranga.

Suitability for Treatment

All treatments provided by The Laser Loft are subject to consultation and assessment. Treatment outcomes can vary between individuals, and no guaranteed results are implied.

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history, medications, skin conditions, pregnancy status, recent sun exposure, and any contraindications prior to treatment.

Aftercare

Clients agree to follow all recommended aftercare advice provided by The Laser Loft. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results and increase the risk of adverse reactions.

Treatment Packages

Where treatment packages are offered, sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the original client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing

Pricing and treatment offerings are subject to change at any time without notice.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic and laser services, refunds are not provided for completed treatments, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with expected treatment timelines/results.

Right to Refuse Service

The Laser Loft reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client’s best interest.
